How to cancel: You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Email support@tryscrubmate.com with your order number and the subject “Order Cancellation”. We’ll confirm by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After shipping: Once your order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled, but you can return it under our 30-day Return & Refund Policy.
