1. Where We Ship
Scrub Mate currently offers shipping to the following countries:
- United States (USA)
- United Kingdom (UK / GB)
We do not currently offer shipping to other countries.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders to the United States and United Kingdom.
No minimum purchase is required for standard shipping.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays generally begin processing on the following business day.
4. Estimated Shipping and Delivery Times

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to activate or update tracking information after dispatch.
